The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for quality, detail, and brand tone. Key Responsibilities Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimised product descriptions and bullet points Collaborate with merchandising, buying, and design teams to understand product USPs Develop compelling category and promotional content aligned with seasonal campaigns Maintain consistency of voice across various platforms including web, email, and social Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment Adapt content to suit different formats: long-form, short-form, and editorial pieces Handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines What You’ll Bring 2 to 5 years of content writing experience, preferably in retail or e-commerce Excellent command of the English language – both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to work to style guides Proven experience writing for Jewellery, Beauty, Home, or Lifestyle sectors A proactive, adaptable attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex information Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimisation techniques Show more Show less
