Summary Of The Position. We are looking for a versatile and creative Content Writer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in writing content across various platforms such as social media, blogs, websites, white papers, case studies, and industry overviews. You’ll be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives that engage our audiences, align with our brand voice, and support marketing goals.. Roles & Responsibilities: (What you’ll do). Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging content for:. Website and landing pages. Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). Blogs and thought leadership articles. Case studies and white papers. Industry overviews, reports, and newsletters. Email campaigns and product marketing material. Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), product marketers, and demand gen leads to develop strategic messaging that resonates with our audiences. Translate technical and AI-driven product features into customer-first language that drives understanding and action. Support campaigns and launches with compelling content across the funnel (awareness to conversion). Maintain and evolve our brand voice, ensuring consistency across all content. Work closely with marketing team leadership to build and manage an internal content calendar aligned with key initiatives and business goals. Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute content strategies. Stay up-to-date on trends in CX, AI, customer data, and digital experience to keep our content fresh, relevant, and differentiated.. Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences. Optimize content for SEO and digital performance. Maintain and evolve the brand tone, style, and messaging. Ensure all content aligns with marketing goals and key brand objectives. Qualifications & Requirements. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Journalism, English Literature, New Media, or a related field. 5+ years of professional experience in B2B content writing, preferably in SaaS, AI, tech, or customer experience-related industries. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and styles from long-form thought leadership to tight, persuasive copy..
