About the Role

We are looking for a Content Executive with a passion for health, wellbeing, and employee engagement to join our corporate wellness team. You will be responsible for creating compelling, informative, and inspiring content that promotes wellness initiatives, supports HR and employee engagement goals, and strengthens our brand presence. This role blends storytelling, wellness knowledge, and strategic content marketing to encourage healthier lifestyles in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality blogs, articles, newsletters, infographics, and campaign copy focused on health, mental wellbeing, fitness, nutrition, and workplace wellness.

• Campaign Support: Create targeted content for wellness challenges, health awareness days, workshops, and internal communication drives.

• Research & Accuracy: Conduct credible research on health and wellness topics, ensuring all content is fact-based and easy to understand.

• SEO & Optimization: Implement SEO best practices for digital wellness content to boost reach and engagement.

• Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a wellness-focused editorial calendar in alignment with seasonal health trends and important health days.

• Collaboration: Work closely with wellness coaches, program managers, HR teams, and designers to deliver engaging multi-format content.

• Platform Management: Publish and manage content on internal portals, company websites, and social media channels.

• Metrics & Improvement: Track content performance (e.g., engagement rates, click-throughs) and suggest improvements to increase engagement.

• Brand Voice: Ensure messaging reflects a positive, inclusive, and motivational tone consistent with the company’s wellness vision.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English.

• Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing trends, and content distribution channels. • Familiarity with CMS tools

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
