Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Collateral Development

    – pitch decks, datasheets, battle cards, briefs, whitepapers, case studies.
  • Internal Training & Enablement

    – seller guides, FAQs, videos, playbooks, field-ready kits.
  • Messaging & Positioning

    – translate technical capabilities into business value propositions.
  • Content Governance

    – manage approval workflows, version control, performance tracking.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration

    – work with PMs, SMEs, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
  • Continuous Improvement

    – update content based on feedback, product changes, and market shifts.
  • Digital Enablement

    – ensure content is optimized for sales enablement platforms (Highspot, BigTinCan).


Technical / Domain Focus

  • Cloud, Security, and IT Infrastructure

    familiarity.
  • Sales Enablement Platforms

    (Highspot, BigTinCan, or similar).
  • Content Tools

    – PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, video editing tools.
  • Analytics & SEO

    – measure content performance, apply optimization.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years

    in B2B content creation (preferably technology/IT services).
  • Strong

    writing & visual storytelling

    skills (sales + technical translation).
  • Design proficiency

    (infographics, layouts, iconology, workflows).
  • Content management

    and calendar handling.
  • Understanding of B2B sales process

    and buyer personas.
  • Portfolio demonstrating

    writing + design mix

    .
