You will edit daily short videos and weekly long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and YouTube. If you love fast cuts, viral styles, punchy storytelling, memes, speed-ramping, text animations, and making real estate exciting you’ll feel at home here. Responsibilities Edit 7–10 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikTok, Shorts). Edit 2 long-form YouTube videos per week (property tours, market breakdowns, storytelling content). Create high-retention hooks and viral pacing. Add subtitles, punch-in/punch-out effects, sound design & motion graphics. Design thumbnails (bonus skill).
