Role: Full-Time Video Editor

Location: Chennai Office (In-person)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month

About the Role

Houseeo Realty is building a high-energy, media-focused real estate brand and we’re looking for a fast, creative, trend-savvy Video Editor who can transform raw footage into scroll-stopping, binge-worthy content.

You will edit daily short videos and weekly long-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

If you love fast cuts, viral styles, punchy storytelling, memes, speed-ramping, text animations, and making real estate exciting you’ll feel at home here.

Responsibilities

• Edit 7–10 short-form videos per week (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
• Edit 2 long-form YouTube videos per week (property tours, market breakdowns, storytelling content).
• Create high-retention hooks and viral pacing.
• Add subtitles, punch-in/punch-out effects, sound design & motion graphics.
• Design thumbnails (bonus skill).
• Work closely with the Content Creator & Scriptwriter.
• Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and editing style.
• Organize and maintain video files & media library.

What You Bring

• 1–3+ years editing experience (agency, production house, or freelance).
• Strong command of Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut Pro.
• Knowledge of modern social editing styles (Alex Hormozi, Ryan Pineda, Dan Kennedy, real estate creators).
• Obsession with clean cuts, retention, pacing, and attention-grabbing hooks.
• Ability to work fast in a high-energy environment.
