Job Description

Product Management:

Ensure accurate and up-to-date product listings across all e-commerce platforms.
Optimize product descriptions, images, and specifications for SEO and conversion.
Manage product pricing, promotions, and inventory levels.

Sales and Performance Optimization:

Analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize product performance.
Implement pricing strategies to maximize profitability and sales.
Monitor and improve conversion rates, cart abandonment rates, and customer engagement.

Marketplace Management:

Manage operations on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.) and company websites.
Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, and shipment coordination.
Resolve listing issues, order discrepancies, and customer queries.

Digital Marketing Coordination:

Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, social media).
Execute e-commerce promotions, flash sales, and seasonal campaigns.
Implement and track affiliate marketing and influencer collaborations.

Customer Experience & Support:

Ensure seamless shopping experience across all digital touchpoints.
Monitor customer reviews and ratings, and take necessary actions to maintain brand reputation.
Collaborate with customer service teams to improve response time and resolution quality.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track and report e-commerce performance, including traffic, sales, and conversion rates.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
