Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled, creative, and research-driven Content Writer with 1+ years of experience who can produce high-quality content for a B2B SaaS audience. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, strengthening our online presence, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and well-structured blogs, website copy, product pages, social media posts, and email content.
• Conduct in-depth research on topics related to resource management, project planning, workforce optimization, and SaaS trends.
• Write SEO-optimized content using keyword research, proper structuring, readability practices, and tone alignment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign content, landing pages, and promotional assets.
• Proofread, edit, and ensure content accuracy, consistency, and clarity.
• Stay informed about industry trends in SaaS, HR Tech, project management, and apply them to content planning.

Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on content writing experience (preferably in tech/SaaS/B2B).
• Strong command over English writing, grammar, clarity, and storytelling.
• Ability to simplify complex SaaS/product concepts for business audiences.
• Good understanding of content management systems (CMS), on-page SEO, keyword research, and content marketing fundamentals.
• Research-oriented, detail-focused, proactive, and comfortable working with feedback.
