Job Description

We are looking for those who can feel the soul of seasons, the flora and fauna, the

mountains, and the river...similarly if they feel the soul, the character of a brand to

communicate and build the connect with its audience!

We are looking for content professionals to handle narrative based writings for content

pieces for ever growing and global brands we have in our portfolio.

You should be digitally savvy/from media background/writer/author or be the next new

age Prahlad Kakkar, Prasoon Joshi, Piyush Pandey, Josy Paul, R Balki, Alque Padamsee

in making in Digital Agency world with a good grip on brand communications driven by

content strategy.

You should be able to think beyond the universe to the roots of our nation, work on your

style of content and help in brands’ facelift/makeover/launches. This applies to the

messaging for all the audience’s touch points.

Our clients rely on us with trust of the above. We are their Partners in Progress (not a

typical agency vendor). We may even help them to make their brand mandates,

manifestation plans and guidelines. So there is almost no instructional or Copy/Paste

working. You need to be as original as you are!

Key Responsibility Areas

Content Creation and Strategy

  • Conceptualize compelling and engaging paid and organic copy, graphics, and

videos for social media platforms.

Trend Analysis and Audience Insight

  • Actively search for and identify trends (geographical/regional, temporal, and

intuitive) relevant to the brand’s audience, staying up to date with the latest

digital/social media, visual design trends, and industry best practices.

Asset Development and Social Presence

  • Deliver still and video assets weekly to maintain the brand’s organic social

presence, ensuring active participation in cultural social conversations.

Brand Consistency and Alignment

  • Ensure that all copy created for social media platforms aligns with the brand's

messaging and tone, while all visual assets adhere to established brand

guidelines and visual identity.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with client servicing managers, creative designers, video

producers/editors, and other stakeholders to develop copy and visual strategies

that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.

Platform-Specific Content Optimization

  • Optimize copy for social media platforms, considering platform-specific

limitations (character count, hashtags, etc.), to ensure engaging and shareable

content that drives user action.

Visual Content Enhancement

  • Edit and enhance visual content, making adjustments like resizing, cropping,

and color correction, to optimize content for social media platforms and

maximize engagement.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design,

or a related field.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video

editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere).

  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience

engagement strategies.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous work is required.

You will work closely with the:

  • Digital - Social Media and Brand ideation team
  • Content and Visual Impact teams
  • Website Management team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
