Content Writer

Profile Summary We are hiring a Content Writer Specialist to manage and deliver complex content projects, including blogs, whitepapers, landing pages, and campaign copy. This role requires advanced writing skills, expertise in SEO, and the ability to mentor junior writers. The specialist will also play a central role in ensuring content consistency, leading brainstorming sessions, and collaborating across SEO, design, and marketing teams for integrated campaign success.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

● Advanced Content Development ○ Produce high-quality, long-form and short-form content for diverse platforms, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and audience expectations. ○ Handle complex assignments such as whitepapers, case studies, and thought-leadership articles with minimal supervision.

● SEO & Strategy Alignment ○ Work closely with SEO teams to develop keyword-driven strategies and ensure content performance metrics are achieved. ○ Optimize content structure, readability, and engagement to align with both organic and paid marketing strategies.

● Editorial Oversight ○ Review drafts from L1–L3 writers, offering constructive feedback to elevate quality and reduce editorial rework. ○ Maintain brand tone and messaging consistency across all written material.

● Cross-functional Collaboration ○ Partner with marketing managers, designers, and video teams to create integrated campaigns combining written and visual storytelling. ○ Repurpose content across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging and brand recall.

● Mentorship & Team Support ○ Mentor and guide junior writers by sharing best practices, conducting feedback sessions, and ensuring continuous skill development. ○ Act as a resource person for the team by contributing innovative content ideas and supporting strategy discussions.

Qualifications

● 2–4 years of proven experience in professional content writing.

● Strong expertise in SEO-based writing, editing, and research.

● Ability to handle complex projects and manage multiple priorities.

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, or Mass Communication. You Will Work Closely With

● SEO teams, marketing managers, and designers for integrated campaigns.

● Junior writers (L1–L3) for mentoring and feedback. You Should Be Able To

● Lead content creation independently while ensuring brand consistency.

● Mentor team members and improve their writing quality through structured feedback.

● Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns.

● Contribute strategic ideas that drive content innovation and engagement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
