Hiring: Content Writer & Coordinator (Mumbai-Based)

FOAID – Festival of Architecture & Interior Designing

FOAID is looking for a full-time Content Writer & Coordinator to join our editorial and digital communications team in Mumbai. This role combines writing, research, coordination and event support — ideal for someone who understands architecture/design and enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What the Role Involves

• Creating engaging short-form & long-form content for Social Media Channels
• Researching architects, studios, design trends and event topics
• Supporting brand/speaker communication and campaign coordination
• Managing content trackers, documentation and reference material
• Preparing briefing notes and assisting backstage during FOAID events
• On-ground support for sessions, speakers and content capture when required
• Collaborating with the design/marketing team on content calendars & rollouts
• Coordinate & communicate with external stakeholders
• Being flexible with timelines and responsibilities around event cycles

Skills & Background

• Must be based in Mumbai (full-time on-ground role)
• Excellent written English with a strong storytelling approach
• Architecture/design knowledge or experience is essential
• Comfortable with research and structured documentation
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs/Sheets/Drive) & Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills

Mumbai (office + on-ground support during FOAID programmes)
