We’re Webzaa — a performance-first agency reimagining real estate marketing through emotionally resonant, creator-powered storytelling. We’re building a content team focused on short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). You’ll lead it.

• Own creative direction for all reel-based campaigns
• Lead a team of writers, researchers, and editors
• Craft scripts, hooks, and formats that drive emotion and action
• Collaborate with influencers to co-create native, high-conversion content
• Align creative with performance goals and audience insights
• Build a library of winning formats and storytelling styles

• Deep understanding of short-form video and platform dynamics
• Strong storytelling instincts + performance mindset
• Experience leading creative teams and briefing creators
• Bonus: real estate, lifestyle, or wellness exposure
