Role Description

We are seeking a Content Strategist to develop and execute content plans that strengthen brand presence, engage communities, and drive growth. The ideal candidate should be creative yet analytical, with the ability to align content with business goals.

The ideal candidate should be able to:

1. Develop and manage content strategies for brands across social media and digital platforms.

2. Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify opportunities.

3. Collaborate with writers, designers, and video teams to bring strategies to life.

4. Monitor performance metrics and optimize content for engagement and growth.

5. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand identity across all channels.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 6 months of experience in content strategy, marketing, or a related role.

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and digital storytelling.

3. Ability to research, plan, and create engaging content ideas.

4. Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure content performance.

5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

6. Based in Delhi; must be available for a full-time, office-based role.
