Client Servicing & Coordination

• Act as the primary contact for clients, media, and vendor partners
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure timely communication
• Strategize, plan, and implement activities while ensuring deadline adherence
• Prepare and review client documents (press releases, plans, etc.)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client industries and competitor activities

Documentation

• Ensure all documents are accurate, high-quality, and follow company guidelines
• Get approvals before sharing externally and meet all deadlines
• Maintain updated client information and content repositories

Skill Set

• Hands-on experience in content management and digital marketing
• Strong copywriting, communication, analytical, and multitasking skills
• Skilled in creating engaging content (text, image, video) across channels
• Knowledge of online marketing and social media trends
• Fluent in English with excellent writing and communication abilities
