The Role

As our Content Strategist, you will be the creative force behind our brand's messaging, shaping our narrative to inspire and engage a community of urban investors. You will be responsible for developing powerful campaign concepts and crafting compelling copy that highlights our mission of sustainable land stewardship. This is an exciting opportunity to connect a purpose-driven business with a modern audience through strategic and impactful content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Planning:

    Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy across all digital platforms, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand voice that resonates with our audience.
  • Campaign Ideation:

    Lead the conceptualization of creative marketing campaigns that promote our innovative Agritech and sustainable farming solutions.
  • Compelling Copywriting:

    Write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for a wide range of channels, including our website, social media, advertisements, email newsletters, and in-app content (e.g., for our proprietary MyFarm App).
  • Content Management:

    Manage content calendars and workflows, ensuring timely delivery and publication of all campaign assets.
  • Performance & Optimization:

    Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future strategies and campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content and campaigns are aligned with business goals and product features.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience:

    2 to 5 years of proven experience in a content strategy, copywriting, or a related role.
  • Creative Excellence:

    A strong portfolio showcasing successful content campaigns, impactful copy, and creative concepts.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills:

    Impeccable command of the English language with the ability to write and edit compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Digital Marketing Acumen:

    A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO best practices, and content performance analytics.
  • Passion & Purpose:

    A genuine interest in sustainable agriculture, technology, or environmental stewardship is highly valued.
