Content Strategist

Job Summary:

Responsibility

• Drive the day-to-day creation & execution of content strategy across long-form, short-form, and social assets.

• Work with team of writers, editors, designers, and assistants to ensure smooth production pipelines.

• Liaise with talent/hosts regularly to brief them, collect approvals, and gather inputs for upcoming shoots.

• Own quality control for all content going live ensuring every reel, caption, and post is factually correct, grammatically sound, and aligned with brand tone.

• Create and maintain weekly content calendars, upload schedules, and internal coordination trackers.

• Oversee uploading, publishing, and optimization of content on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Spotify, etc.

• Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, audience trends, and content performance benchmarks to adapt the content roadmap accordingly.

• Troubleshoot daily execution challenges and work cross-functionally with production and design teams.

• Making Weekly & Monthly Content Reports and presenting them to the team and the heads and making decisions and strategy for future based on it.

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong understanding of content trends, formats, and audience behavior on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially for briefing, reviewing, and managing creative teams.

• Team management experience, with the ability to delegate, review, and guide junior team members effectively.

• Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, and social scheduling platforms.

• A good eye for detail to catch content errors, inconsistencies, or misalignments before publishing.

• Familiarity with the media, creator, or podcast industry is a strong advantage.
