Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Planning

• Conceptualize content ideas aligned with brand objectives, campaigns, and digital strategies

• Collaborate with social media managers and strategists to plan monthly content calendars

• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to create relevant content

Content Creation & Execution

• Create high-quality content including reels, short videos, static posts, carousels, and captions

• Participate in shoots, content days, and on-site brand productions

• Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and scripts optimized for digital platforms

• Ensure content consistency with brand tone, identity, and guidelines

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors to execute content ideas

• Coordinate with marketing teams to support campaigns, launches, and promotions

• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming and strategy meetings

Performance & Optimization

• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on insights

• Optimize content formats, posting styles, and messaging for better reach and engagement

• Adapt content strategies based on analytics and platform algorithm changes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of agency experience as a Content Creator (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video platforms

• Experience creating content for multiple brands across industries

• Ability to ideate, script, and execute content independently

• Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop and collaboration with editing teams

• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and visual sense

• Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
