Role Overview:

At Ulipsu, we are committed to building future-ready learners through engaging, skill-based education. We’re looking for a Content Specialist Lead to drive the design and development of Coding and Data Science content for the K–10 segment.

The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Advanced Excel, along with experience in creating curriculum-aligned content using coding tools and programming languages suitable for school students. This role also involves leading a content team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, learner-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop pedagogically sound, age-appropriate curriculum content for Coding and Data Science.
• Create engaging learning modules using gamification, storytelling, and real-world projects.
• Develop various content formats including:

1. Instructor-led training (ILT) materials
2. Video scripts, project sheets, FAQs, and student handouts
3. Assessments (quizzes, worksheets, puzzles)

• Ensure content aligns with educational standards and internal guidelines.
• Lead and manage a content team including Content Developers, Instructional Designers, and Creative Specialists.
• Collaborate with Curriculum Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and Designers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Iterate content based on learner feedback and performance analysis.
• Stay current with industry trends in Coding, Data Science, and EdTech content development.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BCA, BSc, BE, BTech).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in educational content development (Coding and Data Science preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.

Technical Skills

Programming & Data Tools:

1. Python
2. SQL
3. Advanced Excel (Formulas, Charts, Pivot Tables, Dashboards)
4. Basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred)

Coding Tools & Platforms (K–10 Education):

1. Scratch
2. Code.org
3. Tynker
4. Thunkable

Content & Productivity Tools:

1. Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
2. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in developing content for K–10 students using national or international curriculum standards.
• Portfolio demonstrating structured, interactive, and age-appropriate learning content.
• Understanding of project-based and experiential learning.
• Exposure to basic data visualization or cloud-based tools is a plus.
