Content & Social Media Strategist

Role Overview: You will be joining Brand Scale-Up Inc. as a Content & Social Media Strategist. Your main responsibility will be to understand how FMCG and D2C brands establish a strong presence and engagement on social media platforms. Your role will involve conceptualizing ideas, planning content strategies, and guiding creative teams to create platform-first content that resonates with the target audience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop content strategies and social media calendars for FMCG & D2C brands. - Conceptualize social-first ideas and campaign themes for brands. - Identify platform trends, hooks, and formats for Instagram & Facebook. - Research audience behavior, competitors, and category trends. - Develop pitch decks showcasing campaigns for brands. Qualification Required: - 1-3 years of experience in an advertising or digital marketing agency working on FMCG brands. - Ability to think conceptually, articulate ideas, and guide campaign thoughts for FMCG brands. - Comfort shaping scripts, hooks, and content frameworks. - Fluency in English and Hindi is strongly preferred. - Strong communication, collaboration, and storytelling instincts.,
