Role Overview

Content & Social Media Intern


What You Will Do


1. UGC Content Production & On-Camera Execution

  • Ideate and produce short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Vlogs, BTS footage).
  • Act as on-camera talent for relatable, creator-style video content.
  • Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and filming sessions.
  • Be the on-call camera operator for spontaneous creative moments.
  • Support shoot logistics: props, locations, lighting, shot lists.

2. Social Media Management

  • Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Engage with followers, reply to comments/messages, and boost community presence.
  • Monitor platform-specific trends and recommend timely content formats.
  • Help optimize performance through hooks, thumbnails, captions, and titles.

3. Creator Collaboration & Influencer Outreach

  • Identify and approach relevant influencers and creators for collaborations.
  • Write personalized and compelling outreach messages.
  • Maintain a tracker of outreach status and collaboration follow-ups.
  • Suggest new niches and content formats through competitive research.

4. Content Strategy & Research

  • Deliver 10–20 creative content ideas weekly aligned with our niche and tone.
  • Create visual reference decks or mood boards for campaign pitches.
  • Research what’s working for competitors and adapt best practices.
  • Stay updated on content marketing trends, hooks, and formats.

5. Trend & AI Integration

  • Scout the latest AI tools that support scripting, planning, and editing.
  • Share actionable insights weekly based on AI, tech, and marketing trends.
  • Test and implement new tools that enhance speed and creativity.

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track performance metrics for content across platforms.
  • Analyze top-performing posts and derive key insights.
  • Participate in A/B testing to experiment with creative elements.
  • Compile regular performance reports for internal strategy use.


What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for content creation, short-form video, and digital storytelling.
  • Comfortable being on camera and engaging with creative teams.
  • Strong grasp of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt and learn quickly.
  • Must have a personal laptop for daily tasks.
