Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review storyboards, scripts, and design documents created by Instructional Designers for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with learning objectives.
Check content for grammar, formatting, flow, consistency, and adherence to style guides.
Validate instructional design quality, learning strategy, sequencing, and assessment alignment.
Identify content gaps, unclear explanations, and provide actionable feedback to IDs.
Review media notes, interactions, scenarios, and learning activities for accuracy and completeness.
Perform basic functional checks on eLearning courses developed in authoring tools.
Maintain version control, track changes, and ensure quality before development handoff.
Collaborate with IDs, visual designers, and developers to ensure quality standards.

Tools & Platforms:

Document review:
MS Word, Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, Grammarly
Authoring tools:
Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, iSpring (for basic review)
QA & Collaboration:
Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Teams, Slack
SCORM & LMS testing:
SCORM Cloud, Moodle/other LMS (basic testing)
Accessibility checks:
WAVE, Color Contrast Analyzer
