🕒 Timing: 9:30 am – 6:30 pm (30 mins flex)

💻 Work Mode:

• Monday to Friday → Work from Office
• Saturday → Work from Home
• 2 additional WFH days/month for 🩸 Menstruation Comfort & 🧠 Mental Health

What You’ll Do 🎬

• Create, shoot, and edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, Stories)
• Step in front of the camera when needed 🎥
• Spot and jump on trends before they peak 🔥
• Design posts, memes, and stories that stand out 🎨
• Work with the marketing team on campaigns & content calendars 📅
• Experiment with formats to keep our community hooked 🚀

Tools You Should Know 🛠️

• Canva (designs, quick edits)
• VN / Vemon / CapCut (video editing)
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (a plus)
• InShot, Lightroom, Snapseed (mobile editing)
• Platforms: Instagram, YouTube, X, LinkedIn 📲
• AI tools: ChatGPT, MidJourney (or similar) 🤖

What We’re Looking For 👀

• Energetic, street-smart, and confident on camera 😎
• 1–3 years of content creation experience 📸
• Strong sense of internet culture, humor & trends 😂
• Creative eye for visuals & storytelling 🎭
• Ability to balance creativity with deadlines ⏳
• Prior reels/editing experience is a big plus 🎞️
