Content Producer

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

1. Own and execute briefs as a photographer/videographer, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand objectives.
2. Edit photo and video content when needed, maintaining consistency in style and narrative.
3. Be a crucial part of the end-to-end content production process, from concept development to final delivery.
4. Build and grow a skilled team of vendors and creatives, including photographers, videographers, and editors, over time.
5. Collaborate closely with the social media and creative teams to align content with brand strategies.
6. Ensure timely execution and delivery of all content as per the planned calendar.
7. Continuously explore new ideas and trends to keep the content fresh and relevant.
8. Maintain organized records of all shoots and edits, tracking progress and deliverables.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in content production, photography, and videography.
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in building and coordinating with vendors/creative teams is a plus.
• Knowledge of current content trends and social media best practices.
