Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement a complete LinkedIn growth strategy

• Define 3–4 content pillars that position us as thought leaders in compliance & cybersecurity

• Build a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals

Content Excellence

• Produce 12–16 high-quality posts per month (text, carousel, short video)

• Write compelling copy for C-level audiences in regulated industries

• Ensure all content reflects our premium European brand voice

Growth & Engagement

• Implement targeted outreach in Germany, the Netherlands, and France

• Engage with industry influencers and potential clients

• Build and nurture a trusted professional community

Performance & Optimization

• Deliver weekly reports with actionable insights

• Track key metrics: lead quality, engagement rate, profile visits

• Continuously test and refine strategy based on performance data

⭐ Our Ideal Candidate

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years growing B2B professional service brands on LinkedIn

• Portfolio of successful campaigns (preferably in tech, cybersecurity, or compliance)

• Exceptional writing skills — ability to simplify complex topics clearly

• Strong understanding of European business communication culture

• Proficiency in LinkedIn analytics & reporting

• Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented

Technical Skills

• Expertise in LinkedIn’s native tools and algorithms

• Skilled in Canva or Figma for carousel creation

• Basic video editing (subtitles, short-form cuts)

• Familiarity with Sales Navigator
