Work & Responsibilities

You'll own content creation and marketing from strategy to execution. This means researching, writing, editing, publishing, and promoting high-quality content that drives rankings, traffic, and engagement
1) Content Creation & Publishing
- Write and publish long-form content for U.S. audiences (mostly non-technical topics)
- Manage end-to-end: research → writing → editing → publishing in WordPress
- Deliver content that's well-researched, structured, and SEO-optimized
2) Scale & Team Leadership
- Handle high-volume projects (100 to 200+ articles/month depending on strategy and project)
Coordinate with JR. writers and contractors to scale efficiently
- Review submissions for quality, tone, and consistency
3) Content Marketing & Promotion (SEO, Social Media Marketing for Content)
- Focusing on SEO/GEO to rank organically.
- Plan and execute campaigns on Pinterest, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Create engaging visuals using Canva
- Drive organic reach and sustainable traffic growth
- (We'll guide you as needed, but you must have the creative mindset and copywriting skills to learn and execute and make it happen)
4) Performance & Growth
- Monitor content performance: rankings, engagement, topical authority
- Identify opportunities based on data and search trends
- Collaborate with leadership to improve results
