    ₹30,000 – 45,000/month

  • Working Hours:

    Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST (8.5 hours/day)

Work & Responsibilities

-------------------------

You'll own content creation and marketing from strategy to execution. This means researching, writing, editing, publishing, and promoting high-quality content that drives rankings, traffic, and engagement


1) Content Creation & Publishing

  • Write and publish long-form content for U.S. audiences (mostly non-technical topics)
  • Manage end-to-end: research → writing → editing → publishing in WordPress
  • Deliver content that's well-researched, structured, and SEO-optimized


2) Scale & Team Leadership

  • Handle high-volume projects (100 to 200+ articles/month depending on strategy and project)
  • Coordinate with JR. writers and contractors to scale efficiently

  • Review submissions for quality, tone, and consistency


3) Content Marketing & Promotion (SEO, Social Media Marketing for Content)

  • Focusing on SEO/GEO to rank organically.
  • Plan and execute campaigns on Pinterest, Facebook, and other social media platforms
  • Create engaging visuals using Canva
  • Drive organic reach and sustainable traffic growth
  • (We'll guide you as needed, but you must have the creative mindset and copywriting skills to learn and execute and make it happen)


4) Performance & Growth

  • Monitor content performance: rankings, engagement, topical authority
  • Identify opportunities based on data and search trends
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve results

Non-Negotiable Requirements

  1. 3+ years full-time content writing experience

    (freelance/part-time doesn't count)
  2. Portfolio of long-form articles written for U.S. audiences

    across diverse niches
  3. Exceptional command of American English

    — grammar, tone, cultural context, sentence flow
  4. Understanding of content copywriting

    — ability to write compelling marketing angles and persuasive copy
  5. Zero reliance on AI-generated draft content

    — AI can assist research and efficiency, but YOU write and own things everything.
  6. Self-editing ability

    — your drafts should be publication-ready without heavy editing
  7. SEO understanding

    — write for humans first, optimize for search intent second
  8. WordPress publishing experience

    — take content from draft to live independently
  9. Full-time availability ONLY

    — no freelance work, side projects, or other commitments
  10. Growth mindset

    — honest, accountable, eager to learn and lead
