Job Description

Develop and execute the YouTube channel growth strategy: organic uploads + paid promotion.

Create a short (~15-second) trailer video featuring the lead character(s), an animation-style snippet, and a strong tagline.

Launch and manage Google Ads / YouTube Video Ad campaigns: select placements, manage multilingual targeting (Hindi & English), set bidding (CPV/CPM), budget control (e.g., ₹1,000/day initial) and monitor performance.

Manage the channel content calendar: coordinate with the animation/creative team to upload consistent episodes (e.g., 2-4 minutes each) at a regular cadence (e.g., twice per week).

Optimize each video: craft engaging titles, thumbnails, descriptions, playlists, and end-screens/playlist links to guide viewers through content (boost session length/algorithm favourability).

Monitor, analyse and report key metrics after campaigns: e.g., new subscribers, watch-time, cost-per-subscriber, conversion from ad traffic to organic subscribers; make recommendations (scale vs refine).

Collaborate cross-functionally with creative (animation, design), paid-media and analytics/insights teams to iterate on performance.

Track industry trends, best practices in digital video/YouTube marketing and suggest enhancements to improve channel reach and engagement.
