Job Description: Senior Technical Content Marketer Department: Content Reports To: Director of Content Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Role Overview Were looking for a Senior Content Writer who specializes in writing for technical audiences. The writer will be responsible for developing high-quality, in-depth content for Basis Vectors portfolio companies operating in technical and niche domains such as healthcare technology and material science. The role demands a strong grasp of complex technical concepts, the ability to translate those into clear, compelling narratives, and experience writing for enterprise and decision-maker audiences. This role works cross-functionally with product, marketing, executive leadership, and external subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive the creation of strategic content assets that support branding, thought leadership, demand generation, and customer education. Key Responsibilities Produce high-quality content including: eBooks, blog posts, and thought leadership pieces Case studies, product documents, and email marketing content Website and landing page copy aligned to portfolio brand strategies Interview SMEs, executives, and product leads to extract insights and shape content narratives Create and maintain content tailored to technical and executive personas (e.g., CTOs, Heads of Ops, Senior Scientists) Ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across technical messaging Collaborate with design, SMEs, and PR teams to align content with campaign goals and timelines Support CEO ghostwriting, executive social strategy, and long-form leadership content Required Qualifications 10+ years of content writing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B tech or enterprise SaaS Demonstrated expertise writing for complex industries such as: Healthcare Technology Material Science or AI Platforms Strong portfolio of long-form and short-form technical content Experience working directly with founders, product managers, or engineering teams Ability to simplify highly technical topics for non-technical audiences Excellent research, interviewing, and storytelling skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working in healthcare or technical industries Familiarity with integration platforms, APIs, and AI/ML terminology Experience ghostwriting for executives or building founder-led brand content Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys and SaaS positioning Performance Metrics Quality and consistency of published content Engagement and reach metrics (organic traffic, shares, opens, etc.) Contribution to brand positioning and executive visibility Timeliness of content delivery and collaboration effectiveness Assignment:
