Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll, including data input . Generate and issue client invoices in a timely manner. Perform periodic reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and vendor accounts. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and applicable federal and state regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure financial accuracy and timely reporting.
