*Job Summary*

Insight Brandcom is seeking an experienced and creative *Content Lead (English/Hindi)* to manage and oversee content creation for educational and communication initiatives at the Directorate of Education, Delhi. The role involves leading content strategy, ensuring quality and consistency, and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Develop, edit, and manage high-quality content in *English and Hindi* for digital, print, and communication materials.

* Lead content planning and execution aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.

* Review and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and messaging.

* Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other team members for integrated content delivery.

* Ensure timely delivery of content as per project timelines and requirements.

* Adapt content for various platforms while maintaining messaging effectiveness.

* Maintain documentation and content records as required by the client.

*Eligibility & Requirements*

* Graduation in *English Literature or a related discipline*.

* Minimum *3 years of relevant experience* in content writing, editing, or content management.

* Strong command over *written and verbal English and Hindi*.

* Ability to lead content initiatives and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills.

* Prior experience with government or education-related projects will be an added advantage.
