Job Description

As a Planning and Engagement Content Lead in the Finance business entity, your role involves playing a critical part in transforming procurement channels and related content in the area of Guided Buying. Here are your key responsibilities: - Deploy procurement buying methodology to simplify channels for category strategies through Ariba Spend Management and SAP S4 Hana implementations. - Provide guidance and inspiration to Category teams on content development. - Manage content and buying channel KPIs, reporting progress, identifying risks, and suggesting improvements. - Collaborate with the Planning & Engagement tower and category teams to enhance understanding of available buying channels. - Stay updated on leading developments in simplified buying channels and SAP Guided Buying functionality. - Analyze supplier lists, contracts, and spend data to recommend the simplest buying channels. - Coach and advise category teams on setting up suppliers and guided buying for streamlined procurement transactions. - Work closely with the Digital Operating System Program to meet delivery milestones. - Support procurement content within the organization. - Conduct BAU analytics to assess benefits realization. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field. - 6-8 years of experience in business services or outsourcing with in-depth knowledge of procurement processes. - Business/process analysis experience with strong user interaction. - Proficiency in tools and systems for data gathering, compilation, and analysis. - Experience in process management and process re-design initiatives. - Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies. - Familiarity with project and change management methodologies. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to influence others, resolve issues innovatively, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint). - Strong planning, organizing, problem-solving, and analytical skills. - Ability to think creatively and outside-the-box. - Experience in the oil industry with an understanding of relevant business functions and processes. - Experience with implementation projects, change management, and automation projects. This is an immediate start position with a CTC of 16LPA and requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.,
