The Opportunity
This role will serve as the global lead for Content Enablement within the Requisition to Pay (R2P) function to establish right buying channels as per the organization strategies, drive adoption of the content created by ensuring PepsiCo stakeholders can easily buy and transact with preferred suppliers. This role has primary ownership of the systematic maintenance for catalogs and category cards, in collaboration with Global Procurement.

As
Content Enablement CoE Lead
your scope would consist of: - Lead a global team to manage content and catalog enablement.
- Design the content enablement framework across PepsiCos technology landscape, in collaboration with Procurement.
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of user-friendly catalogs, category cards, and PR templates in partnership with Supplier Enablement teams and Global Procurement.
- Monitor and drive continuous improvement of SAP / myBUY catalog adoption.
- Establish a robust process to deploy and manage automation channels such as catalogs, OAs, and PIRs.
- Drive adoption of the established buying channels.
- Lead continuous improvement for global R2P processes across all markets supported by Global Capability Centers.
- Lead the team responsible for content creation and maintenance in collaboration with Global Procurement and IT teams.
- Serve as the global escalation point for content enablement or compliance issues across Procurement platforms.
- Manage a global team and regional stakeholders, providing coaching, development, and performance management.
- Oversee the operationalization of Global Procurements buy-channel strategy with IT teams.
- Define and manage the process for the creation and maintenance of buy-channel content across PepsiCos global Procurement systems.
- Maintain catalogs, category cards, and Purchase Requisition (PR) templates in alignment with Global Procurements buy-channel strategy.
- Lead functional testing of content across Procurement systems.
- Monitor content usage and stakeholder feedback to implement continuous improvements..
- Collaborate with the User Enablement CoE to ensure stakeholders are effectively trained on catalogs, category cards, and PR templates.
- Drive change management and communications across markets and functions regarding the importance of content enablement and catalog adoption.
- Partner with category managers to understand their strategies and translate them into catalog improvement plans.
- Establish system-driven control mechanisms to minimize catalog leakage, ensuring compliance with myBUY processes and maximizing catalog utilization.
- Develops a catalog performance management process by defining and implementing KPIs with clear benchmarks to measure efficiency, accuracy, and adoption.
- Define and monitor KPIs such as adoption and usage of procurement catalogs, category cards, and PR templates
- Provide regular reports to management on the status of content enablement activities and outcomes
- Continuous Improvement & Digital Adoption
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of Procurement digital solutions to enhance the user experience and make it easy to buy through PepsiCos preferred buying channels.
- Stays up to date with emerging buying channels and digital procurement solutions to continuously introduce best-in-class buying experiences for end users
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- 8+ years of overall Procurement experience with at least 4 years of content enablement experience.
- Proven strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate complexity and influence decision-making.
- Strong global project leadership and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of Procurement operations, systems, and ERP environments (SAP S/4, Ariba, Oracle), plus familiarity with automation tools.
- Advanced data management skills in Excel; experience with Power Apps or Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities, capable of partnering effectively with senior leaders.
- Advanced English required.
