Content Writer / Content Editor

You don’t need to know everything on day one. But you do need curiosity, language strength, and the willingness to grow into content ownership over time.

If you enjoy writing, questioning, editing, and improving, as well as executing and thinking ahead, this role will feel well-aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write and edit content across formats (static, carousel, captions or long-form when required)
2. Ensure

   language quality, clarity, and brand voice consistency

   across all assigned content
3. Apply platform understanding (formats, distribution logic, algorithm shifts) while executing content
4. Review, refine, and improve drafts for

   accuracy, structure, and intent

   before final submission
5. Contribute to

   content planning discussions

   , idea refinement, and optimisation cycles with the team

This role combines execution with thinking, not just delivery.

Required Skills & Mindset:

(Non-negotiable)

• Strong command over

  English, Hindi, and Marathi

• Up-to-date understanding of social media and digital platforms

  , including how formats, reach, and algorithms evolve (must know that this is an ongoing process).
• Ability to think beyond “topics” and understand

  why content works

• Sharp editing eye and respect for language quality
• Curiosity, ownership, and a genuine

  hunger to learn and grow

• Comfortable working closely with a team in a fast-moving content environment

Preferred:

• 1–2 years of experience in content writing and/or editing

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
