Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and articulate individual who can support strategic initiatives through high-quality content creation, presentation building, research, and coordination. This role demands strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Presentation & Documentation

• Create professional PowerPoint presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Draft meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action points
• Prepare high-quality documents, proposals, and discussion notes

• Research & Content Writing

• Conduct secondary research on industries, businesses, or specific topics
• Summarize articles, whitepapers, and reports into digestible formats
• Write blogs, thought pieces, and assist in content for publications

• Analytical & Strategic Support

• Assist in organizing data, identifying patterns, and drawing logical conclusions
• Work on internal strategic projects and provide regular updates with clear insights

• Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs and support timely delivery
• Help in planning sessions, workshops, and follow-ups

Key Skills Required

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong PowerPoint and Word skills (design sense is a plus)
• Logical thinking and analytical problem-solving
• Ability to structure information clearly and concisely
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Interest in business, strategy, and content development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in English, Communications, Management, or related fields, MBA
• Experience in a similar role in consulting, content, research, or family business environments
