Job Title: Content Designer Location: Aurangabad (Waluj company & City sales office) (On-site)Department: MarketingReports to: Business DirectorRole Overview:We are looking for a hands-on and creative Content Designer to craft structured, visual, and impactful content across our internal systems, product knowledge, marketing presentations, and process communication. This role will work closely with leadership to simplify complex ideas into professional, visual, and well-documented formats using digital tools.Key Responsibilities: Structured Content CreationConvert raw ideas, technical concepts, and discussions into clear and engaging documents, decks, or visual flowsPrepare strategic decks, internal briefs, SOPs, and business storyboards in a standardized formatAssist with communication material for internal rollouts, strategy presentations, or high-value external outreachVisual & Communication DesignBuild clear and compelling slides, explainers, pitch decks, visual process maps, and role-based presentations, training videos, internal-external content designing.Translate abstract or strategic inputs, marketing inputs into content that is easy to understand and professional in toneUse multimedia formats (video voiceovers, animated flows, etc.) where applicableMarketing content, HR related-contentTools You'll Work With:ChatGPT Plus – for content drafting, idea breakdown, and summarizationCanva – for visual content, slides, process infographics, one-pagersHeyGen – for AI video voiceovers and character-led explainersLucid / Whimsical – for flowcharts, system maps, visual process breakdownsGoogle Docs / Slides – for collaboration and documentationMicrosoft Teams & Jira – for collaboration & project coordinationOther AI-powered or visual tools as requiredIdeal Candidate Profile1–3 years of experience in content design, business communication, or documentationStrong command over English (written) and ability to convert raw content into clean, usable formatsAbility to understand context, connect departments, and think visuallyBackground in design, documentation, communication, or structured thinking roles preferredWhat You’ll Be Part OfA growing leadership-backed strategy team at KCPWork that directly supports strategic decisions, systems, and marketingA chance to build clarity across departments through design + content thinking
