Key Responsibilities:

Structured Content Creation

• Convert raw ideas, technical concepts, and discussions into clear and engaging documents, decks, or visual flows
• Prepare strategic decks, internal briefs, SOPs, and business storyboards in a standardized format
• Assist with communication material for internal rollouts, strategy presentations, or high-value external outreach

Visual & Communication Design

• Build clear and compelling slides, explainers, pitch decks, visual process maps, and role-based presentations, training videos, internal-external content designing.
• Translate abstract or strategic inputs, marketing inputs into content that is easy to understand and professional in tone
• Use multimedia formats (video voiceovers, animated flows, etc.) where applicable
• Marketing content, HR related-content

• ChatGPT Plus

  – for content drafting, idea breakdown, and summarization

• Canva

  – for visual content, slides, process infographics, one-pagers

• HeyGen

  – for AI video voiceovers and character-led explainers

• Lucid / Whimsical

  – for flowcharts, system maps, visual process breakdowns

• Google Docs / Slides

  – for collaboration and documentation

• Microsoft Teams & Jira

  – for collaboration & project coordination
• Other AI-powered or visual tools as required

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content design, business communication, or documentation
• Strong command over English (written) and ability to convert raw content into clean, usable formats
• Ability to understand context, connect departments, and think visually
• Background in design, documentation, communication, or structured thinking roles preferred
