Content Creator

Position Overview:

As a Content Creator – AI Feature Specialist at TapGro, you will play a key role in introducing and promoting our new AI-powered salon management feature. You will be the bridge between our technology and salon businesses—explaining how it works, helping them adopt it, and creating engaging, educational, and persuasive content based on real-world interactions. This role requires someone who is personable, tech-savvy, creative, and passionate about storytelling, with the ability to translate complex features into relatable experiences that build trust and drive adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

· On-Field Interaction & Demonstration:

· Visit salons and meet with owners, managers, and staff to explain TapGro’s AI feature.

· Conduct product walkthroughs, answer queries, and assist salons in understanding its practical benefits.

· Content Creation:

· Capture high-quality videos, photos, and testimonials from salon clients and teams using the feature.

· Create educational and promotional content such as explainer videos, social media posts, blogs, reels, and case studies.

· Simplify Complex Information:

· Break down the technical aspects of the AI tool into simple, relatable language.

· Tailor content based on the salon’s profile, needs, and pain points.

· Brand Storytelling:

· Highlight customer success stories and use cases in ways that build credibility and excitement.

· Align messaging with TapGro’s brand voice and tone guidelines.

· Collaboration & Feedback:

· Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure content is relevant and accurate.

· Gather feedback from salon clients and relay insights to improve the product experience and content strategy.

· Performance Tracking:

· Monitor content engagement and feedback from salons to optimize future campaigns.

· Suggest creative approaches and formats based on audience preferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Strong communication and storytelling skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages, depending on location).

· Experience creating content—video, photo, and written—preferably in the beauty, tech, or SaaS sector.

· Ability to simplify complex tech features and explain them confidently to non-technical users.

· Comfortable interacting with diverse salon teams and building trust.

· Experience with video editing tools, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.

· Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand consistency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,068.72 - ₹25,000.00 per month
