Position Overview

Content Creator

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, newsletters, and campaigns.
• Create visual and video content (short-form, reels, graphics, and other multimedia formats) to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
• Research industry-related topics and identify trends to produce timely, relevant content.
• Optimize content for SEO and platform-specific requirements.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for better engagement.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
• Basic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO, analytics, and content performance tracking.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
