About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Creator / Social Media Manager who can lead our video and social content end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for creating platform-ready content, managing our online presence, and collaborating with internal teams to communicate our brand story effectively. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on creative work and can build a strong, engaging digital presence from the ground up.

Requirements

• A visual storyteller with a strong instinct for capturing real moments and communicating ideas through video.
• Experienced in social content creation — whether through personal channels, freelance projects, or professional work.
• Comfortable with scriptwriting, shot planning, filming, and editing.
• Familiar with the basics of camera handling, lighting setups, and on-set audio.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to deliver projects independently from start to finish.
• Curious, creative, and proactive — someone who can understand the business and think, “How can this be turned into content people will understand and care about?”
• Analytical and data-aware, able to interpret content results and adjust strategy accordingly.

• Bonus:

  Experience with tools like YouTube Studio, Meta/Instagram Insights, or other analytics dashboards.
