About the role

This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Content Creator. The Content Creator will be responsible for ideating, researching, and producing high-quality content tailored to various platforms. This includes writing, editing, and curating blog posts, marketing copy, and social media content. Collaboration with design, marketing, and product teams will be key to align content with organizational goals and brand voice. The candidate will also analyze content performance and continuously optimize strategies for effective communication.

Role Qualification

• Content creation and writing expertise, including creative writing and crafting blog posts, articles, and engaging web content
• Proficiency in Content Strategy, SEO practices, and content marketing initiatives
• Editing, proofreading, and ensuring high-quality, error-free deliverables
• Digital marketing familiarity, with experience managing social media and online content
• Strong research skills for creating data-driven and informative content
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and align content to the brand voice
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with analytics tools and understanding of metrics-driven content optimisation
• Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance sector is a plus
