Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Content Creator who can ideate, create, and deliver high-quality digital content aligned with the brand’s voice, business objectives, and audience engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content including videos, reels, short-form clips, scripts, captions, and creatives for digital platforms
• Develop content aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience preferences
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and growth teams for campaign execution
• Research trends, competitors, and content formats to improve engagement and reach
• Ensure timely delivery of content as per agreed schedules
• Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and messaging across platforms
• Edit and refine content based on feedback and performance metrics

Content Platforms

• Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Website, Learning Platforms
• Ads, landing pages, course content, and promotional assets (as required)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong storytelling and content ideation skills
• Proficiency in video creation and basic editing tools (mobile or desktop)
• Clear understanding of digital content formats and audience behaviour
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Experience & Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Content Creator / Video Creator / Digital Content Executive preferred
• Experience in EdTech, Education, or Startup environments is an added advantage
• Freshers with strong portfolios may also be considered

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• Content quality and brand alignment
• Timely delivery of assigned content
• Engagement metrics (views, reach, CTR, conversions – where applicable)
• Feedback from internal stakeholders

Ownership & Accountability

• Content ownership from ideation to final delivery
• Responsible for originality, compliance, and content ethics
• Maintain confidentiality of scripts, strategies, and internal material

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
