The Role

As a Content Creator, you will play a key role in shaping the voice, visuals, and storytelling of our company and our clients. From writing engaging copy to designing creative posters, digital content, and marketing assets, you’ll contribute across multiple platforms to deliver impactful content.

This is an onsite role in Kochi, best suited for someone with creativity, adaptability, and a strong understanding of both digital and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content for websites, software UI, social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging designs, posters, infographics, and other visuals for client projects.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to produce content aligned with client goals.
• Manage and optimize content for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency of brand voice and style.
• Research industry trends and competitors to generate fresh ideas.
• Work on multi-format content — text, graphics, video scripts, and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Digital Marketing Executive.
• Strong writing and editing skills in English.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to create compelling and visually appealing content across mediums.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and web content best practices.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to adapt tone/style for different clients.

Good to Have (Optional):

• Experience with video content (scripts, reels, basic editing).
• Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS tools.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
