Job Description

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. As part of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the design language and user experience of our upcoming products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile platforms with a focus on usability and aesthetics.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Build and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Keep up with the latest design trends and tools.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in UI/UX design (experience in startups or product design preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects for web and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in Kerala (remote role with occasional meetups at our Kottayam office).
