Job Title: Content Creation & Engagement Associate Location: Mumbai (Hybrid – Work from Office & Work from Home) Contract Type: Salaried About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, young graduate eager to start their career and grow with us. This role involves creating quick image and video content for us, managing and updating our communication channels, engaging with customers, vendors, and clients, and coordinate around branding campaigns Key Responsibilities: High Quality Image and Video Content Creation (70%) Create multiple static and video creatives for our website, promotion campaign and social communication. Create short video and image footages from a camera to use for UGC content creation Keep track of viral content around all platforms + consumer segments and explore how can it be utilized. Make sure no licensed or copy-write violation is done in creating these content Use AI for fast turn around on scripting and editing content Engage with customers online, respond to queries, and maintain a professional and brand-consistent tone. Promotion Campaign Coordination (30%) Manage and execute daily social media postings, campaigns, and responses across platforms. Engage with customers online, respond to queries, and maintain a professional and brand-consistent tone. Monitor online mentions, feedback, and trends relevant to our business. Coordinate with internal teams to develop and publish relevant content. Support sales and supply coordination activities with clients and vendors. Who We’re Looking For: Proficient user of video and image editing softwares Knows how to use device camera to capture short usable footages Experience of good quality content and graphics creation Understands how AI image to video and text to video works and able to use it for good quality content creation Quick learner with the ability to understand customer behaviour and business dynamics. Comfortable in working in a early stage Start-Up environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. Comfortable using social media tools and basic office software. Work Mode: Hybrid model with both in-office and remote work options, depending on task requirements.
