Job Overview:

E2E Digitech Private Limited is seeking a talented and passionate Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for various platforms including social media, websites, blogs, video scripts, and more. If you are a creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and a deep understanding of digital trends, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and website blogs.
• Write compelling copy for posts, captions, scripts, emailers, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and video production team to bring content ideas to life.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm updates, and viral content.
• Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent posting and messaging.
• Participate in outdoor shoots, behind-the-scenes content, and event coverage when required.
• Conduct competitor and audience research to guide content strategy.
• Track content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Engage with the online audience through comments, DMs, and community interaction.

Required Skills:

• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English.
• Creativity in ideation and understanding of platform-specific content formats (Reels, Carousels, Shorts, etc.)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.
• Comfortable with multitasking and meeting tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret content performance metrics.
• Flexible with work hours and open to travel for shoots or events as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital media, or social media marketing.
• Certification in Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Management is a bonus.
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
