Content & Brand Storyteller

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Become a guardian of the SkilloVilla brand voice, ensuring our tone is

consistent, inspiring, and clear across all written materials.

● Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics and identify customer

needs to develop original, impactful content for performance marketing ads,

blogs, articles, social media, etc.

● Own our social media calendar, creating and scheduling compelling posts

with influencers that spark conversation and build our community.

● Assist the marketing team in creating persuasive content for various

campaigns and new initiatives.

● Leverage AI tools responsibly to assist in content ideation and creation,

ensuring all output is high-quality and aligns with our brand standards.

● Proofread and edit all content meticulously to ensure grammatical accuracy,

clarity, and correctness.

● Monitor and analyse content performance, using key metrics to measure

impact and recommend new content strategies.

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

● At least 1 year of experience in content creation or digital marketing.

● A compelling portfolio of content writing or copywriting experience that

showcases your creativity and storytelling ability with a solid understanding

of SEO best practices.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for

grammar and detail.

● Hands-on experience with AI content creation tools and an analytical

mindset to make data-informed decisions.

● The ability to work autonomously as a self-starter, juggling competing

priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a

related field.

● A basic understanding of Data Analytics concepts and owning a social media

account with decent followers is a plus.
