As a key member of the marketing team at SkilloVilla, you will be responsible for becoming the guardian of the SkilloVilla brand voice. Your primary focus will be to maintain a consistent, inspiring, and clear tone across all written materials. This involves conducting thorough research on industry-related topics to understand customer needs and developing original, impactful content for performance marketing ads, blogs, articles, and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Own the social media calendar, crafting and scheduling engaging posts with influencers to initiate discussions and grow the community. - Assist in creating persuasive content for various campaigns and new initiatives, leveraging AI tools responsibly for content ideation and creation while ensuring alignment with brand standards. - Proofread and edit all content meticulously to guarantee grammatical accuracy, clarity, and correctness. - Monitor and analyze content performance using key metrics to measure impact and recommend new content strategies. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation or digital marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and storytelling skills. - Understanding of SEO best practices, excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, hands-on experience with AI content creation tools, and an analytical mindset for data-driven decisions. - Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field. - Basic knowledge of Data Analytics concepts and ownership of a social media account with a decent following would be advantageous.
