About The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, highly creative Content Creator & Social Media Intern to help scale our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit. This is not a passive posting role — you'll be the bridge between brand, content, logistics, influencers, and our founder’s voice. 🌐 Social Media & Community ManagementOwn and manage the brand’s social handles across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Reddit.Create and maintain a platform-wise content calendar with consistent posting.Respond to DMs and comments promptly with a community-building tone.Convert incoming DMs and leads into potential customers via engagement.🎥 Content Creation & ProductionCollaborate on content ideas with the founder and team — from trend-based reels to narrative storytelling.Plan and shoot founder-led videos, behind-the-scenes content, product showcases, and team stories.Assist in styling, shoot prep, scripting, and direction during campaigns.Archive and manage all content assets and shoot material for repurposing.🤝 Influencer Marketing & PartnershipsIdentify and reach out to relevant influencers, creators, fashion pages, and digital magazines.Build influencer pipelines for collaborations and gifted partnerships.Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to influencers.Track content deadlines, ensure video deliverables are met, and manage all creator communication.📈 Growth & AnalyticsEnsure month-on-month growth in reach, engagement, and follower base.Track platform performance weekly; derive insights and experiment with new formats.Research and implement platform-specific growth strategies (e.g., Reddit threads, Instagram trends, LinkedIn carousels, YouTube Shorts).💡 Creative Strategy & TrendwatchingLead and execute 2–3 monthly content series or tentpole ideas (e.g., Founder Diaries, Customer Moments, Product BTS).Stay plugged into Gen-Z, fashion, and cultural trends to ideate timely, relevant hooks.Bring fresh campaign ideas to brainstorms and assist in their execution end-to-end.Requirements
Passion for storytelling, branding, and visual-first content.Strong familiarity with social platforms and their current algorithms.Experience with shooting/editing reels or short videos (basic tools like CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Express).Good writing skills for captions, scripts, and micro-copy.Collaborative, self-driven, and organized with high attention to detail.Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)Prior experience with influencer outreach or community management.Design skills using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Notion, Buffer, Later).Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or youth culture.Perks
