Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communication plans and strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor analysis.
• Help maintain and update marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Support the organization's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analysing metrics.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Conduct interviews or gather information to develop compelling case studies and success stories.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback on social media platforms and other communication channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Assist in tracking and analysing marketing and communication metrics to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing and communication strategies.
  

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with graphic design software and video editing tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends is desirable.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, or related internships is a plus.
