We’re hiring a hands-on creator who can write sharp copy and design scroll-stopping
visuals for LinkedIn and other social platforms. You’ll own the content calendar
end-to-end—ideation, copy, images/carousels/reels, posting, and performance tracking.
● Plan and execute a monthly content calendar (LinkedIn primary;
X/Instagram/Facebook secondary).
● Write copy for posts, carousels, captions, and short scripts with a clear,
professional tone.
● Design images & carousels (and light video/reel edits) aligned to brand guidelines.
● Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, webinars) into snackable
social assets.
● Schedule and publish via tools (Zoho Social/Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.).
● Engage: reply to comments/DMs, tag partners, nurture conversations.
● Track and report on KPIs (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, CTR), run A/B
tests, and iterate.
● Collaborate with founders/SMEs to turn ideas into polished posts fast.
● 2+ years in content creation + social design (B2B experience a plus).
● Strong writing skills for LinkedIn (hooks, structure, CTAs, hashtags).
● Proficient with Canva or Adobe CC (Illustrator/Photoshop) and basic motion/video
editing (CapCut/Premiere).
● Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, image tools) for drafting/ideation while
maintaining originality.
● Data-curious: can read analytics and turn insights into action.
● Solid understanding of brand voice, copyright, and licensed asset usage.
● Experience creating ad creatives (LinkedIn/Meta).
● Basic knowledge of SEO, newsletters, and landing pages.
● Familiarity with Zoho Social/HubSpot or similar marketing stacks.

● Consistent 3–5 posts/week on LinkedIn with on-brand visuals.
● Documented voice & visual guidelines; a reusable template kit for carousels.
● Month-over-month engagement rate ↑ and follower growth ↑ with clear reporting.
