What You’llDo

Pre-Sales Communication

• Own the creation of high-stakes pre-sales decks that address client pain points and showcase Swabhav’s solutions with clarity and conviction.
• Continuously refine narratives based on client feedback, market insights, and leadership inputs.
• Partner with the CEO and leadership to ensure communication reflects Swabhav’s strengths and inspires confidence in top-level stakeholder.

Marketing & Brand Communication

• Define and amplify Swabhav’s brand voice to resonate with decision makers.
• Build content that demonstrates our expertise—through website messaging, thought leadership, LinkedIn campaigns, and newsletters.
• Create a content calendar that strengthens our credibility and visibility with the right audienc

Collaboration & Strategy

• Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and client expectations to keep communication sharp and relevant.
• Work closely with leadership to align content with business goals and growth strategy.
• Contribute strategic ideas for positioning Swabhav as a go-to consulting partner

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content, marketing communication, or pre-sales enablemet.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills—able to simplify complex ideas into impactful decks.
• Experience in marketing communication, branding, or strategy roles.
• Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, or design collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and client communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
